Community Baseline Survey, case study in Kigoma region and Morogoro region
Baseline Surveys and Inventories done to identify and document native tree species, their distribution, abundance and collecting data on traditional uses by local communities.
Outreach and dissemination of Dreamnature's concept
2022- 2023 conducted mass media outreach for awareness and public feedback of the initiative using videos and photos. June 2022 pitched the concept at the Morogoro Environmental Stakeholders Assembly gaining the attention of key decision-makers offering valuable perspectives.
Formulating organizational strategy
2023- 2024 invited and hosted 5 volunteers and consultants in different times from Tanzania, Uk, Netherlands, France and Italy for internal management leadership skills capacitation and prepare strategic and action plans
CEO visit instituto oikos as knowledge exchange
This will result to build project collaboration and partnerships but also it aims to expose the CEO into learning and experiencing organizational leadership

Establishing center for native tree studies of Africa
In it, researchers will identify native trees potential to human beings and biodiversity of their origin occurrence, diversity, distribution and richness in order to restore threatened ecosystems.
